Sound familiar?

What worked at 30 has stopped working.

You wake at 3 am and can't get back to sleep.
Your waist is changing, even though you eat the same.
Your energy runs out by mid-afternoon.
You've been told it's "just your age".
Every article says something different.
You're not sure which health checks you're due for.

None of this means you're doing it wrong. Your body is running on new rules, and nobody explained them. Encore does.

Why now

The years that count are the healthy ones.

Lifespan is how long you live. Healthspan is how long you live well: strong, clear-headed and independent. The habits you build in your late 40s and 50s shape the decades after.

85 minus your age

Roughly the years you have left, on average.

12 years is, on average, how long women spend in poor health at the end of life. A lot of that gap is in your hands.

Source: Global Burden of Disease Study, 2023 estimates, published in The Lancet Public Health (2026). The gap is 12.1 years for women and 9.3 for men. Averages vary by country.

JD
I'm in my fifties. When I did the sums on my own healthy years, I wanted a clear map. As a medical professional, I wanted it backed by science, actionable and private. I wanted more than the latest fad or trend on social media — there is way too much noise. Encore gave me something to process every day and make decisions on.

Testimonials

I have a low tolerance for BS. I did the beta testing, and loved it. Real info, real things to think about, decisions, trade-offs, and tools. For example, I was already going to the gym; now I know why, how often I should go, and these details have motivated me to keep it up.

Questions

Before you download

Who is Encore for?
Women 50 and over, whether you're in perimenopause, menopause or well past it. If your body feels like it's running on different rules, it's for you.
How much time does it take?
About 10 minutes a day for 30 days, plus any actions you choose to take. Each day has a short read, takeaways and practical actions, and you can go at your own pace. There are check-ins structured into the 30 days.
What does it cost?
One payment through the App Store. There's no subscription and nothing to cancel. No sign-ups and no ads.
What if I miss a day?
Pick it up tomorrow. No streaks to protect, and nothing resets.
I use HRT. Is Encore still for me?
Yes. Encore works whether you use hormone therapy or not. We explain the options plainly. The decision is yours to make with your GP.
Do I need a gym or equipment?
No. Strength work is introduced gently and can be done at home with bodyweight or a resistance band. An equipment list is included in the app but nothing is required for day 1.
Is this medical advice?
No. Encore is general health education. It helps you understand your body and ask better questions, and it doesn't replace your GP. Everyone's health journey is different, and warnings are in place where required. Information can be downloaded as a PDF to share with your GP if you want to.
Is Encore on Android?
Not yet. Encore is on iPhone first and Android will follow. Add your email above and we'll let you know.
Will it work outside Australia?
Yes. The science is the same everywhere. In some cases you may need to check your local screening ages or guidelines, and we tell you where that applies.
Is there a version for men?
Yes. The men's version is called ReSET and is available in the App Store from Old Bull Health.

Thirty days from now, you could be in a better place than you are today.

Start with Day 1. It takes about five minutes and a simple sum.

Encore provides general health information for education. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Talk to your GP about your own health.
